Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• With 24+ hours notice: No fee will apply, and we'll happily accommodate your new schedule

• With less than 24 hours notice: A 100% fee will apply to compensate our staff for the reserved time

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

While we understand delays can happen, late arrivals affect our ability to serve all clients effectively:

• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, resulting in a 100% fee

• No-shows prevent us from serving other clients and fail to compensate our staff for their dedicated time
